Color Coded screens for easy identification of machine state from a distance.
“Parts Manager” Screens for loading, copying, renaming and deleting existing bending program files in the system’s internal storage and on the external storage plugged into the USB connector
“Part Editor” Screens for viewing, creating and editing bending programs
“Run Controls” Screens for setting up tooling and bending programs to fabricate parts. Manual controls, machine set-up and motion tests also included.
“Machine Config” Utility accommodates the configuration of the machine operating parameters for a specific machine

This controller has been designed to replace “Tab Stop”, “Velog” and “Premier” and other controllers on all Eaton Leonard GP, MP, VB and HP Series Automatic Tube bending machines. Outputs from the machine controller are carriage (DBB) brakes, collet (POB) brakes, clutch, bend arm servo amplifier, fail safe relay and solid state relay board
Automatic control functions. Solid State Relay Board assembly contains 16, readily available Grayhill 70G-OAC5 relays with integral fuses and LED “on” function.
Enable the following functions: hydraulics enabled, clamp in, clamp out, pressure die in, pressure die out, boost forward, boost return, warm up, pressure die set pressure, pressure die low pressure, bend arm, high pressure, low pressure relief, mandrel lube, collet close, mandrel forward, mandrel return
